We would like to thank the pupils and staff for their fundraising activities on behalf of the BDHRA.

They raised a whopping £2,167.62 and came over to the Riding Centre to present the cheque to Nick Kier one of our Trustees. This is really a magnificent donation it could pay for a third of our winter food bill or it could be almost half the cost of new fencing for our paddocks where we graze our ponies.

And , as if that were not enough, the pupils are also going to sell some of our raffle tickets for the draw which will be held at our Summer Fete on Saturday 28th June.

Rumour has it, there is someone a little different opening the Fete this year – but who it is I couldn’t possibly tell.
