New Riding Surface Completed

Over the Easter Holidays we were able to replace the surface of our indoor riding arena with a new, up-to-date surface which is much more user friendly and less likely to provoke allergic reactions for our riders. We also took this opportunity to up-grade our stalls and they now feature purpose-made equi matting as well as automatic water bowls.

This was only possible because of the success of our fundraising campaing largely focussed on a Golf Day at Woburn last October and a large donation from Children-in-Need.

The new surface may have appeared to be magically installed but it certainly didn`t happen without a lot of hard work. If you go to our `Gallery` and click on the new surface slide show you can see the work at different stages of the project.

Many, many thanks goes to all our volunteers who turned up to scrub the walls of the riding centre BY HAND.
