Yes , we came FIRST in the Lloyds Community Fund and so £3,000 will be zinging its way into our bank account. We won our regional area of Beds, Cambs and Suffolk . 7,000 charities were originally subitted over the British Isles reduced to 300 by the judging panel - we will be using the money towards upgrading the flooring in the indoor school which will cost approximately £26,000.
A big thank you to everyone who voted for us, it was a close run thing and we just pipped two other charities to the post.
